Caravan pump keeps running

hi, we have a 2011 Pegasus Verona with internal pump. It’s been fine for last 2 years however, we are pitched up and the pump seems to be running constantly. There are no leaks and the water in the tank isn’t going down. Also it it’s been a while between use the taps splurge and splutter in the same way as when just turned on, like the system is partially empty.

any ideas if this Dan be repaired whilst we’re pitched up?

    Hi GT70, We have 2011 Pegasus Milan, on the odd time we have had this issue I have found that if you turn the pump off and open taps then leave for a few mins, then close taps and switch pump back on to fill water heater completely then run water through kitchen tap then bathroom tap until all the air is expelled and water flows without spluttering, hope this might help.

    Think I’ve found the problem. The external connection point hasn’t got any o-rings!
