I've recently bought a 2015 Q50 2.2 SE D under the advice I could get a Tow-bar fitted for £490. However it seems i was being misinformed as there's no "after-market" kit for the Q50.
Infiniti Stockport quoted me direct £1000 + VAT for the Tow-bar & Wiring kit supply only, or £1400 + VAT for it installed
I then approached a Tow-bar specialist who quoted me £950 all in, with them buying the same kit from Infiniti Stockport, so it seems the customer isn't always top of the list, (or make sure you buy one with Tow-bar attached)
It took another 3 weeks for the Tow-Bar to appear, but its finally on & we go on our maiden trip 30th Aug (have to fit a weeks holiday in first)
I've had to go back to Infiniti Stockport on another issue with a software update that should have been done under Warranty, and they've agreed to waive the install costs, so not all bad, and maybe they're trying to turn the perception of "after-sales is too expensive" around, so I'll at least test them out when the servicing is due
I'll let you know what its like to tow with, but the car itself is a nice drive

Hi spark1971
we we’re wandering if you could help us. My husband has just changed his car to the Infiniti Q50 67 plate . And we are having a nightmare trying to get a tow bar . Could you possibly give us the details of the place that did yours for you please . Does it tow well. Any advice would be much appreciated .
