We usually find the last stop on the M4 at Pont Abraham is useful before the final bit of driving to places in Pembrokeshire. It's quite a small services, sometimes busy in the summer but is usually ok to use.

depending on your outfit there are a few long layby's on the A477 one especially good one on the "wrong" side of the road but an easy pull in not far from red roses, also a long pull in, into a car park off the roundabout where the 477 joins the A478 at Kilgetty, drive clockwise round the roundabout nearly back on yourself, or drive into kilgetty, large car park opposite Hyundai garage,  which is a coop store, the other park is just below the coop park. plus one or two others on main road near Llanteg.

    Enjoy.cool

ps try google map of kilgetty better than my description! a mix of both should see you right.
