Just returned from 6 nights there - some hints for you

Large commercial site, slightly hemmed in

If staying longer than 5 nights you can ask for a specific area and pitch - very important!!!!

If you are in the silver area expect tenters to walk across your pitch to get to toilets

and kids to run/ride/walk across it to get to the play park

If you have a family with young kids - its heaven, good play park

If you want a quiet holiday you must get a pitch in the green/red areas

We complained to wardens who were very helpful but were at their wits ends with the pitch crossing issue(apparently owners don't like signs!) - people upped and left early due to it.

I think School holidays have started in Scotland......?

Although well south of the border, we have the Scottish School Holidays pinned up in the kitchen and try and organise our forays to the land of the midge outside of your school hols.......wink
