Can I Improve Shower Output
Recently bought a 2000 Bailey 460. The shower is quite poor, barely a trickle. Tried the showerhead at home, and seems okay with a fine spray. The diameter of the hose is about 5mm,
which is the same as my home shower, which works well with limited pressure. However as the pressure in the caravan is so limited, would I get a better result with a larger bore of say 10mm min.

Pressure and volume are not relative to each other so altering the pipe size would not work.
I had similar on a bailey with an external whale pump. Replaced pump for the higher output one and water pressure in shower was excellent.
Pumps do not last forever, in fact they drop off in performance quite quickly.
Could be one of many issues though.

There are two types of Whale external pumps - one standard volume and the other a high volume output. The new Baileys use the high volume pump and the shower in our U3 Barcelona is excellent - comparable with that at home. Increasing the bore of the pipe will reduce the pressure, not increase it - so all you need to do is change the pump. From memory, I think I paid about £35 for the one I carry as a spare.

Our dealer said that there are shower heads that will improve the flow and I have seen then advertised but check all the other things mentioned above first.
Of course, a higher shower volume will run down your aquaroll quicker!

Hmmm.. Pressure and volume (flow) are related in a dynamic system.
When a liquid is flowing through a pipe, there are frictional losses from the pipe, these are a function of velocity through the pipe.
If you increase the pipe diameter the velocity will reduce and so will the pressure drop, increasing the available pressure / flow at the shower head - that said, given the short lengths and low flow rates, the benefits would be negligible in changing the hose diameter.
For a positive displacement pump, volume is pretty constant, so if you want more pressure from the shower you could block some of the holes in the shower head or get one with really fine holes, this increased back pressure will make the shower jet out harder, but at the expense of overall flowrate if the pump is laboured.
Your best bet, as already stated above, is to have a larger pump fitted. This increase flow rate will for the same shower head result in increased back pressure / more pressure at the shower head and a better jet.
But you should consider if the pump is matched to the heater and if increasing the pump flowrate will just mean you only get 3 minutes of warm water before you are hopping around screaming!

We’re using an Econamel shower head and it’s brill ! Still not as good as at home but with a new high flow whale pump, it’s the best we’ve had in this ‘van.

If you increase the bore of the shower hose to the larger size of 10 mm you will removing the restriction of the 5mm hose, and this should in practice show better performance.
what has been said about flow and pressure in previous posts is true, but as the pipework supply within the caravan is possibly 12mm, the existing 5mm shower hose is in fact restricting the flow and pressure. To prove this, run out a hose pipe and Squeeze the middle, Flow and press will reduce, but squeeze the outlet end instead and the force of the water coming out will increase
so increase the bore to get more water to the shower head and fit a better shower head like the eco and you should find an improvement. That is assuming that the supply to other outlets are fine, if not look at the pump.

I bought these at a show and love them in home and caravan. Saving water is a bonus as is the benefit to my skin although it may not fix your problem.
