Isabella awning damage

Has anyone any helpful advice re some damage on our Isabella awning window that has occurred. We took out the front window section as it’s so hot here and folded it up for a couple of days. When we reopened it the window foil seemed to had bonded to itself and proved difficult to separate and it now has marks on it that won’t come out. Any thoughts anyone?

    Never had that happen even in the August heat in Spain. Give Isabella a ring and see what they say. They used to have an office in Thame.

    With our Isabella it came with some very thin foamy sheet things. Instructions that came with awning said to cover window foils with them when folding to stop marks. Maybe an Isabella get out clause!
