Sites suitable for launching small crafts

My husband & I have recently returned from New England Bay where we have been many times before.  We always take our inflatable boat and we have always managed to both launch & recover it straight from the sea on the back of our car.  This year however the beach has changed and after a very stressful moment we managed to get the car and boat off the beach but were put off taking it out again.  Does anyone know what sites are available throughout the UK where the site is on the waters edge with easy access for launching & recovering boats.  Our boat is a 4.2 mtr with outboard and therefore needs its trailer rather than a small craft that can be easily pulled out by hand on launching wheels.  We would appreciate any information relating to sites with either direct suitable beach access or sites that have a specific slipway.

Many thanks for any suggestions

North Ledaig at Oban. Penmarlam Caravan Site, which is at Bodinnick opposite Fowey. You can launch into river, but I think there is a launching fee. I think Park Coppice Site has boat launching as well. Not sure if you can take car down though.

If no changes at Coniston Park Coppice since my last visit, you can hitch your trailer to your car and drive down to the bottom of the site and take your boat through the 'bottom gate' (gate key from Reception) but, once launched, you'd have to bring the trailer back to the gate.

You can launch onto the river Dart at Steamer Quay but you would have to trailer the boat off the site and over the road, it's tidal so it would also depend on tide times.

Braithwaite Fold C&CC has a launch facility behind the site on to Windermere, again another road and car park to negotiate.

Trevitha Farm CL in Cornwall has access to Little Petherick Creek and the Camel Estuary but it's tidal and the best access is only at high tide, good for canoes there too but not at low tide. You'd probably need an extra pair of hands, so maybe not easy!

Not much help I'm afraid, I expect there are non Club sites that offer what you want, have you tried a Ukcampsite using boat launching as a search?

Keswick C&CC site is right on the waters edge and boats can be launched from there. It is a nice site in a great area.

Can't help with CMHC sites but C and CC site at Milorichy, Lloch Lomond has launching facilities. That club also as a boating section which run rallies centred on water.

with car and trailer, Pembrey site is only 2 miles from Burryport harbour where there are two slipways,  into the marina. A charge being instigated from 5th August, also you need to show third party insurance,

another 2 slips on the sea front are free, but you need to travel on sand which can be soft in places.cool
