Website issue: Can't change profile pic

Hi.

I've recently joined and wanted to change my profile pic. However the site throws an error when I try to uplod my photo, the error reads:
"Upload failed. Must be a valid image (jpg,gif,png,bmp)"

(Disclosure, I work with this technology)
I have converted the image I wished to use into each of these formats  and it returns the same error. When I submit the new image the site issues an initial GET to
https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/CaravanClubApps/WebResource.axd?d=REDACTED
and then a POST request to handle the new image upload to:
https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/CaravanClubApps/ImageHandler?screenName=SeanDillon
Which throws a 404 and hence why the page is erroring.

I'm using an iMac running iOS 10.13.4 using Chrome 66

    Unfortunately it seems to be an inherent problem with the forum, I think to do with Apple users and Flash. Those of us with profile pictures are very reluctant to change them even if we use Windows!!! I am pretty sure the Community Manager has passed the problem onto the IT department but nothing has yet been resolved.

    Unfortunately the fault seems to run across all systems and devices. At least my seasonal photo will be OK again in October, luckily it wasn't around Dec 25th!

    It would be great to have an update, nice for new people to be add a pic to their profile soon? smile

    Hello and welcome Sean. You have no avatar at present on my device. This could change on my next opening of the thread, such are the varieties available on CT 😂😂. Even folks who generally have a picture sometimes don't from page to page on any one thread. We've learnt to live with the 'new upgrade' of 1.5 years ago. With your skills you may find this frustrating 😉

    I  like  this  Avatar  Free  area  --  saves  me  having  to  dust  off  my  piccies  and / or  trim  the  beard  etc  to  stop  it  overhanging  my  keyboard  innocent

    Are  you  inferring  DeeDee,  there  is  about  to  be  a  generous  application  of  oinkment  surprised ??
