Auto watch 650 caravan alarm

We have an Eldridge Afinity 560 just three years old our caravan went into have some work done earlier this year when we got it back the alarm wasn’t working so when we had the van serviced they had a look and couldn’t find anything wrong we have changed the main leisure battery the back up battery for the alarm the batteries in the pir sensor still nothing when we insert the fob into the control panel nothing does anyone have any suggestions is there a reset anywhere please help

    Have you tried Googling the problem or contacting Auto Watch?

    Am taking the alarm unit senor and fobs to base systems next week just interested if anyone else this problem
