We have a 2017 Coachman VIP 575 and was thinking that the seat cushions didn’t seem as they should be although not to the extreme that ough they needed changing yet. Will you explain your problems more fully please, for my future information
There is however a long discussion on caravan talk about Ozio cushions and their replacement

This is the link, hope it helps you

We have a dealer special 2014 Coachman Wanderer which was fitted with VIP seat cushions as part of the dealer enhancements. We have used this approx 18 weeks a year for almost 4 years and the seat cushions are still in very good condition and not flat.
The poor quality and flattening of seat cushions after only a few weeks use seems to be a general problem with a number of caravan manufacturers in recent years as reported on this and other forums.

We had exactly this problem with our Bailey Barcelona after only about six months. Reported it to the dealer as a warranty issue and was told that all that would happen is that Bailey would replace them with identical seat bases.
Decided to bite the bullet and spoke to a local upholster who specialises in caravan work. He told me it is a common problem in modern vans across all makes and is mainly due to the desire to save weight. The foam filling in ours was more like a honeycomb and there was no wonder is was getting squashed flat after a week away.
He charged me £250 to replace the foam with the best quality upholstery foam and it solved the problem immediately and three years on is still performing as it should - no more flat seat bases - it is much heavier, though. Given what the van cost, I considered it a small price to pay to solve the problem once and for all - and it was done in 48 hours - no waiting weeks for the dealer / manufacturer to get their act together.

thankyou all for your replies, the caravan talk link confirms there is a problem. our previous van was a coachman vip 565 and never suffered any problems at all with the seating and it was very well used. coachman changed the foam it uses in the seats 3 years ago and now there is a backlog of warranty work replacing foam, problem is they are replacing it with the same foam so after a few trips we are back at square one. if anyone out there has a coachman and are approaching 3 year old make sure you check your seating before its to late for the warranty.
