Hi all...very new to this forum....hope someone can advise. I have a 2016 Swift Challenger 480 regularly serviced and battery charged up every 2-3 months. I put it on charge (still in the caravan battery bay) a few days ago, but when I checked the power levels, there's absolutely none from either the 12v or the mains.  The solar panel is working, so the microwave clock works, but nothing else.  I've checked the PSU fuses and the RCDs and all OK. When I switch on the PSU and the charger button (which then glows green), the control panel above the door beeps twice, the leisure battery indicator lights up all the way round...then blank. Any advice much appreciated as we're aiming to go away in it very soon.  Cheers, JP.

can't really help remotely but, as your swift will almost certainly have a Sargent set up, give them a ring....they are usually very helpful over the phone and will at least nelp you pinpoint the issue with a few simple tests...

you might need a multimeter, possibly....

theyll be far more help than your dealer unless you have much confidence in them...

Thanks so much BoleroBoy - I wasn't keen on hauling the caravan the 40 miles back to the dealer. I'll give Sargent's a call tomorrow.

if you have a solar panel then why are you charging the battery every 2-3 months, the panel should keep the battery topped up, mine does.
