Map - CL's with Online Availability &/Or Booking
Many members have expressed frustration that it is sometimes difficult to book a CL as the owners may not be immediately available to take a booking by phone or email. This is understandable as many CL's are a secondary or tertiary business to the farm or smallholding etc.
Consequently, over the past few years, a number of CL's have implemented an online-booking capability or at least shown availability on a calendar.
The CL Owners Group (numbering around 400 CL's out of the total of 2,200) have put together a map of those CL's that have this capability.

CAVEATS:
- This map was created in May 2018. It may (or may not) be updated.
- The data on this map was supplied by the CL's in question but it is your responsibility to doublecheck any aspect that is important to you prior to booking.
- If you know of other CL's that offer on-line booking, please feel free to mention them in the comments, and we may - in due course - add them to this map, as time permits.
- Only key facilities are shown. This is not a comprehensive list of facilities. If you need more details, refer to the handbook, CAMC website or the CL owner.
- Pricing is based on 2 adults. If extras are charged for they are mentioned in the detail.
- The Postcode/location on this map is only indicative (Google Maps can be a little arbitrary of where it puts a 'pin'). Please, therefore, ensure you double-check directions with the owner.
If you feel this map could be comprehensively improved, you are welcome to take it over, collect the data and keep it up to date. Caveat Emptor.

Just a thought.......Why not include an OS map reference which will pinpoint the CL exactly for those who use OS maps?

GPS co-ordinates would be more "modern".

Why not also include the either the site number as per the Site Directory, or at least the town under which it is listed in the SD? One could then get the OS coordinates, tda.

Thank you for the ideas. This map is not designed to replace the existing tools at your disposal. We might include them in a future iteration, but no guarantees.
The map is simply designed to complement your book and the club website listing of CL's and show - graphically - which CL's have booking systems.
There's a long list of things we 'could' do, but we have no wish to reinvent the wheel. If you on the other hand have time to do so for the greater good, please go ahead
