We’re looking at buying a Swift Archway Sport Rockingham, can anyone offer views of this caravan model? Also I live in Northampton, can anyone reccomend a tow bar fitter and storage site?

Is that a dealer special? if you could give us the swift model it's based on and you might get some better advice?

I've a Swift and I've had no problems, there are a lot on club sites and generally people seem happy with them.

I think you will find that the Archway Rockingham is a dealer special, it is based on the Sprite Major 4 FB but with quite a few exra ie: diamond pack, motor mover etc.

    Two key points...

    1. How does the weight work for your towing vehicle?

    2. How does the layout fit your needs?

we have a Swift Archway dealer special, (Celeste) it’s based on the Challenger. And it’s fine.

Our last caravan was a Swift Archway Rockingham which is a White Arches  of Rushden dealer special and it was based on the Swift Charisma 550, if I recall correctly, which we purchased new . We had it for nearly four years and travelled over 13000 miles in it at home and abroad. No major issue with it. The laden weight was 1500kgs so you would need a reasonable tow car.
