Agreed, but by and large they seem to have been spotted and dealt with, either temporarily or permanently! 

DD - compared to the early days of CT I think even today's petty squabbles are pretty tame - little more than gentle teasing really and none of the insults and bullying which used to happen.  In that sense, I think most folk are pretty good at self moderating really.
