Celebrate the Royal Wedding on UK sites
The Royal Wedding is just around the corner, and in traditional British style many of our Club sites will be hosting a number of celebrations on 19 May. From cream teas and cucumber sandwiches to barbecues and cupcakes - and not forgetting the all-important Pimm’s and fizz, there will be refreshments to help toast Harry and Meghan's big day. Find out which sites will be hosting wedding themed afternoons here.

You may be more excited about it than I am, Ro.

Is there a Brides Father lookalike staying at Henley Four Oaks that could pop down to Windsor if required at short notice?
Turning into a meedja circus by the look of it.
If it doesn't go well there always the footy on afterwards to console yourselves.
We'll be out elsewhere doing something active

The site I’ll be on isn’t listed. Yee-ha!👍🏻

We are away this weekend to a club site. Unfortunately it isn't on the list but we are having our own little celebration as we have got some flags to decorate the van and are planning on having an afternoon BBQ. We were at Blackpool CC for the Queens jubilee a few years ago and the atmosphere was great.

I'm sure Ian will be part of it

I’m not a Royalist but I’ve warmed to the new generation in the shape of Harry & Meghan. I hope they enjoy their lives together & those who will be celebrating with them on C&MC sites I wish you a great day👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊

I, too, wish them well. I’m not anti-Royal at all but I have no desire to be involved in any celebrations.
The C&CC site I’m on at the moment is also having a cream tea but we’ll be gone by then👍🏻. It will no doubt be a great success as people here are chatting and laughing with fellow campers. I know, it’s so odd.

We'll be well out of the way on a quiet CL, and can think of nothing worse than spending morning &/or afternoon sat watching the TV, Royal Wedding or not. I'd much rather be out walking, be it fine or raining.

Thankfully will be working Saturday and will see if I can get some overtime to completely avoid this drain on the public purse😡

We are not away this weekend so Mrs DK can watch to her hearts content in the comfort of our lounge. Mr DK may well look in from time to time, afterall it is history in the making even if you don't like that sort of history but history nonetheless!
