    One of my staff was an 'amateur JP'. She changed for the better as a result, bringing the new skills she learned back into the office for the benefit of us all. The inability of management to make the most of the member of staff is a sad reflection on them, not the member of staff.

    I agree that punishment is just a tiny bit too harsh for a speeding offence.   --- public flogging by the site staff might just work and give caravanners a bit of entertainment as well. wink
