When is a CL not a CL?

Harry,
"What do you call agreeing to pitch when it is obvious that a CL is over full?Is that not encouraging the owner to carry on breaking the terms of their agreement?"
I don't think it is.
If I booked the cl well in advance I would expect that pitch to be available when I arrived. If I was told it had been overbooked and he didn.t allow me to stay then I would have no choice, I would have to go. However if he was happy to let me pitch It is his decision and his alone to allow more than 5 vans.
Definitely, if arriving late, I don't think any member would be happy at being turned away through no fault of their own. They would just be happy to get settled. That is not putting pressure on te site owner, it is his choice.

Harry, I think that we will have to agree to disagree on this point or it will go on ad infinitum.
I know I'm right....You think you're right.......

Blimey, what a downer.
Unwittingly, I have aided and abetted, and put myself and OH in jeopardy if a fire broke out.
All I did was book a pitch and turn up on the day to enjoy my holiday.
