Lunar quasar cutlery drawer won't open

We have a 2014 544 model and never been able to pull the cutlery  drawer out more than 10 cm so can't clean it. There must be a knack. A hidden button?

    Give it a really good pull.It should then be ok.

    I've had exactly the same problem with my quasar. I don't know what causes it but I do know how to cure it albeit it has happened on a couple of occasions so it isn't a permanent cure. You need to lift the plastic inner tray and move it backwards over the back of the drawer box, supporting it by reaching underneath to supporti it and then removing it from below. This will expose two screws inside the drawer box. Remove these and pull the box of the drawer from the side slides. It will probably be found that one of the slides will pull forward less than the other side. Push this slide right back as far as it will go and then pull it forward. It should now move out to the same position as the other side. Carefully push the drawer box back  onto the slides and replace the screws. The drawer should now move fully and the plastic inner tray can be replaced but now from the front as the drawer should be out much further.

    I hope these "instructions" make sense but please shout out if you need clarification.
