Thanks for the tip. I've heard of the Merlin Pass and looks like a good option.

We joined the National Trust and I'm loving membership so far. We went to Sheffield Park the other day which is stunning and Sam was delighted that we got to feed the ducks and explore the paths, grounds and beautiful gardens. We are going to Wakehurst over Easter as they have a Peter Rabbit event and Easter egg trail - might have to wear our wellies and rain macs but I think it will still be fun! smile

Countryfile Live is at Blenheim August 2-5. Bladon Chains club site or nearby CL's.

The Club site at Bladon Chains is fully booked. You can camp in the grounds of Blenheim,  grass pitch and temporary facilities which include toilets, showers, fresh water and CDP. for the eye watering price of £40 per night.

For forty quid a night I'd expect to stay in the Palace.
