Despite the CAMC’s much greater user response, this one doesn’t fudge reporting on the the key things that people want to read about. A far more sensibly focussed report, I’d say. CAMC you could and should learn from this approach - it’s part of what we pay our membership fees for.

The Publication of the Camc report was delayed and delayed. You can check this by going back through the undertakings published in the magazine.
One of the excuses offered was they had to go through half a million answers and this caused the delay. This was rubbish, The company I work for carries out what it calls an employment engagement survey, it reports the basic results within weeks and they are not always favourable. Have action plans and meetings published throughout the year. The number of people taking part in the employee survey is slightly larger than the camc survey. It has a least as many questions. So I know what can be done.
To be frank to call the Camc report fudged, is frankly an insult to fudge. It set out and succeeded in obscuring the evidence. It was an insult to anyone who spent the time filling it out.
