2018 end of season site closures

Is it just me or do other people also think a lot of CMC sites are closing earlier this year i.e. on 1st October.

I thought after October half-term was more usual.

    Don't know where you are getting your information from, but the majority of sites that are not open all year are closing ion the 5th November.

    5th November for me, I'd love to close in October, more time to chase the sun!coolcool

    Hi Chelty,

    Is there any particular sites you are referring to?

    I can see the following sites are closing earlier this year than last and I believe it is because redevelopment work will be being started but I am waiting for confirmation on this........Modbury, Scarborough West Ayton, Sutton-on-Sea and Tredegar House.

    Once I have had confirmation I will let you know.

    Hi again,

    Our Regional Officers have confirmed that Scarborough, Sutton-on-Sea and Tredegar House sites have all got the slightly earlier closing date this year due to redevelopment works commencing. Modbury site will have the earlier closing date this year and following years due to very low occupancy in the past after the Summer season is over.
