Are you trying to say I'm old K? Not reached the big five oh yet I'll have you know!
Got back to site Monday, blimey got my work cut out here! Had a walk across the dunes today while the sun was out, just for a reminder what a fantastic beach we have across the road. Saw the coastguard land on Godrevy lighthouse island, and the seals were en masse at Mutton Cove. Love it

My favourite beaches are in the Algarve Portugal. I visited the area 4 years ago and loved it so much that l ended up buying an apartment and last year we opened up a Motorhome Aire so fellow motorhomers & caravanners could enjoy the area too.
With the white golden sands, and clear blue sea water, the beaches of Vilamoura & Falesia Beach remind me of growing up in Australia and the safe beautiful beaches there.
Back in the UK, l love Brighton but not as a beach area, cos there's no sand, but further down the road there's plenty of beautiful white sandy beaches, that l love strolling and swimming in.
Heres a few photos of Vilamoura beach and Falesia Beach.
cheers,
AW
ps - l seem to have a problem uploading photos :-(

Gairloch is my favourite too having spent many visits there on my days off when I was working in Inverness. I collected shells for the missus and there are red ones we have not seen anywhere else, she was over the moon and plan to return together this year and do all the beaches from there to John 'O' Groats
My second favourite has to be Achmelvich bay
