If you have not yet purchased an Ordnance Survey map via the Club Member offers section of the website, I would recommend you do so.  Dash4It who operate the service hold stocks of most maps and sell them at a price lower than can be obtained elsewhere.  I have used them now several times and the service is always second to none.

I would add, I have absolutely no connection to the company, just a satisfied CAMC member.

I always use Dash4it for my OS maps.  Is the Club offer any better than their regular promotion prices? (usually an extra 5% off)

We were in Keswick last week and most of the camping/ climbing shops were selling OS maps at the OS promotional offer price which was far cheaper than Dash4it price

    e.g    Explorer Active (laminated) £9

Standard Explorer   £5.30 approx ( may have been less)

Don't think so, as one has to purchase £10's worth to get the 30% discount. I regularly use Dash4it especially when they have their additional discounts which I get notice of by e-mail.

Will have to keep my eyes open for that, but it will mean carrying my list of wanted maps wherever I go.

If you look on Amazon and similar you can find variously priced maps plus secondhand ones which will probably be just as good, you'd have to keep an eye on postage.
