Repsol gas bottle connection
Thinking of getting a Repsol/Cepsa gas bottle this year for use in Spain. The common gas connection for these Spanish bottles is a clip-on regulator and rubber tube. As like most people in the UK I have the regulator already fitted to my van and don’t need or want another one inline. Does anyone know if there’s a clip-on connection available without the regulator for these bottles? Or, if the standard UK clip-on connector fits the Spanish bottles?

You need a 38mm 'Jumbo' ADAPTER. Like This

And you'll need a butane pigtail or propane/butane adaptor. (thats if you are using propane at present)

Thanks. I’ll put it in my list.

The point about the pigtail is important....you can screw the Jumbo adaptor directly onto your existing UK propane hose, this will terminate in a POL 'bullet shaped' fitting...
the Jumbo adaptor requires the European std 21.8 LH threaded female nut fitting....know widely as a 'Butane' fitting.
As stated earlier, you can convert the POL fitting to the Butane one with a 'propane to butane adaptor' (about £4) or by swapping out the propane regulator-to-bottle hose with a 'butane' one which has the LH nut on the end.
sorry to reiterate most of the earlier post but many folk get very confused with hoses etc...
once you realise that all continental adaptors/clips etc fit into a butane hose fitting, it's easy, lol

Hi If you have the butane hose as above, (gaslow ones are quality stuff)you can get the adaptor in Spain very cheaply they are available at most ferreteria's(hardware shops) and large supermarkets. Look for "regulado salida libre"
