How do you recommend a friend for membership to claim the voucher?

    Hi

    When your friend fills out their membership request there is a section where they put in your details, then the club sends you a voucher after successful subscription.

    He did that but it didn't recognise it ... tried a few times.

    Have had the same problem a few times. 

    This last week a friend is joining the cc trying to fill the recommended section but not having it doesn't look like I'm getting my voucher yet again. cry

    My friend had this when he tried to add my membership no.

    He had to phone East Grinstead in the end and they sent me the voucher about 2 days later.
