Just got back from a lovely few days at Coniston Park Coppice site. Wanted to go to Meathop Fell, but apparently the site is closed for refurbishment

I do hope the Club isn't going to use this as an excuse to hike prices !!!

  Does not look like it. Mid week discount is still available at the beginnings and ends of the year and summer peak prices have increased by about 4%. So about average.

  there isn't, or I haven't noticed a tendency to increase prices on sites with refurbishments, unless new and significant added facilities have been built

  Its not just club prices in the lakes but you need a second mortgage to pay car parking fees there.
