bailey pamplona heating
Bought a Series 3 Bailey Pamplona in March 2017 but lounge gets really hot and bedroom is freezing. Bailey don't want to acknowledge the fault. Does anyone else have the same issues. So frustrating.

was it a new van when bought. has it the Alde wet heating if so may require bleeding at the bathroom radiator which is probably the highest point. turn heating on and open bleed valve and listen for air coming out. if its within 3 years old should it not still be in warranty.

From the internet spec sheet it does have the Alde heating. The tube that carries the heating fluid should be almost too hot to touch right round the van once the system has been going for an hour or so. If not as lornalou says you may have an air lock, which requires clearing. Check right round the circuit touching the tube where ever you can find access to check for any cold spots where the air may be trapped. This can then be released from a convenient bleed valve. In our Cadiz any air ends up in the bathroom towel rail. You will need some more fluid though, once the air is released it will probably drop below minimum. Possibly also worth checking the pump speed, I think the book on ours recommends 2 for general running.

Have a look at my post "Alde Heating Problem" currently on p.4 - it may help you. As you will see, I had a similar problem after the fluid was changed and two issues emerged - air in system and heater element not drawing enough power - cured by pressing the 'reset' button on the control panel.
