Just a thought for Helen and Trevor - could I offer to sit with your dog whilst you visit your son.  I have no plans for my time; I'm only there to chill.

It must have been a very unpleasant experience. Fortunately there are alternatives to walking. If the new railway halt is open you could go by train both ways. There is a bus from Hunstanton Drive or you could use a taxi. So I hope you will reconsider using this site again.

Hi Jill, Thank you for your lovely offer, we have planned to visit him in Manchester on Saturday, so before you arrive on site. I have a feeling that he is also looking forward to seeing the dog more than us too.laughing

Thank again for the offer though, a lovely gesture.

    Helen

I understand your reasons  for not wanting to return. I think you were just unlucky.
