Dear all any help or advice would help. I have a 2015 purchased new with full service history, which I have problems with damp around the toilet and back wall , also the floor had delaminated. I am in touch with Black Horse as it is paid for. We have used the van fifteen weeks over the two years because of my work. The dealer told me it took take three to four months to repair, this cannot be right.  Why do we have to put up with this ?  If you have any experience of this or advice please contact me thank you.

my Lunar delta went to service beginning December and found damp around floor near fridge/wardrobes and toilet. told needs to be cut out and replaced but dealer doesn't do this so have to wait for another repairer to get in touch and arrange a time and date and will take about 2 weeks. will not here anything till march. going to get in touch with Lunar next week to see if complete floor should be replaced as paperwork shows damp all round the edge of the van and if not sorted will constantly need replacing.  will let you know what the reply will be when/if I get one.

Had delamination the floor of our dealer Lunar, reported August 2016 finally taken in for repair January 2017 and we got it back March 2017.  Part of that is delivery from Lunar and the rest dealer workshop scheduling.

Thank you some replies, but why do we pay so much money, on Caravans which turn out to have loads of problems and then wait up to six months to have them fixed .  I have Trading Standards involved because with Lunda has to have substandard wood or major faults with there manufacturing of there vans . Because all there range has faults. I paid a lot of money for my faults !  It not good enough. If it takes four months to repair it’s because of the back log of repairs to Caravan .

Why do we pay so much?

Because we're all daft enough to do it and as long as we do, the manufacturers will continue to churn out shoddy goods.

    Twas ever thus.
