Has anyone had the error code of W17H showing on their Truma CP control panel ?and how did you cure the problem .

    Error code 17 means the boiler (they call it furnace) is out of water.Try refilling and purging.I would turn off the Combi boiler when refilling with cold water.

    Thanks for your reply ,I did check the water supply I wonder if it was an air lock?

    From memory I believe all I did was turned the power off then on ,there always error codes on start up and various other times .

    In my Truma Combi  handbook this code can also mean blocked circulated air inlet or all air outlets closed.

Fill boiler with water.# 18Warm-air outlet blocked.Check the individual outlet openings.Circulated air intake blocked.Remove blockage from circulated air intake.

    Thanks, we may have got air in system and will try out soon on another trip
