I had a problem with my television it would not play a DVD. I contacted Avtec in Cardiff explained my problem to them they arranged to have the television collected the following day Friday it was returned to me repaired the following Tuesday excellent service well done Avtec.

    how of was the TV. was it still under warranty.

    Yes lornalou it was under warranty it was 7 months old and it was the first time that we tried to play a DVD.

    Your lucky l bought a second-hand 2014 460 VIP which should have had Avtec TV as part of the inventory but the first owners removed it. When l traded my Bailey Madrid for 3 years back for Lunar Clubman was told the TV was part of the van. Wished l said what the last owners of the VIP said when the dealer contacted them that it was broken. Some you win some you loose
