Had a mail from Sussex caravans to say that they had a big fire on their premises and their open day was closed.  The police think it was arson and 2018 vans valued at about £500k were destroyed.

Just had another communication to say that the buildings and workshop were fortunately not touched by the fire.

I read about this, last week?, on CT. cyberyacht posted that his motorhome had been in a day or 2 before. Terrible for the waste folks who've lost their van and those who work there. Best wishes to all those affected.

Same site as I bought mine from, (East) first was the Coachman and then one of their Elddis dealer specials. Not that it helps the situation but apparently they have bought some land across the road and plan to build a new workshop facility on it .

Like I said, they are very good in my experience, great after sales service and a good deal can be negotiated if you are prepared to haggle with them.
