Most newish vans come fitted with an Alko Atc unit to stabilise whilst towing, did you know it has a memory which can become full, to clear faults you need to connect van to your car as if you are going to tow, then leave for 12 hours, go for short run and the memory should have cleared. Hope this helps someone.

.... go for short run ....

Is that after you've had a jump start due to a flat battery ... 😉

If it is a newer Swift caravan you can use the Command app to clear the memory

If you need to do either of the above then I think your outfit has a problem that needs a visit to a dealer..... surely you don't expect o fill whatever memory there is with fault codes? A full memory is in itself a problem!

How does that work? Presumably there must be some kind of interface like the EOBDII on a car to plug into 🤔

The app connects via Bluetooth to the caravans control panel

If you wish you can even watch what's the ATC is up to on the screen while you travel ( can't say I bother though)

We've had our ATC equipped caravan about 18 months, can't say I've ever noticed it intervene
