All year opening in Scotland

Does anybody know of any site that opens all year round in Scotland preferably in the Highland region? We are house buying in the area and need to find any site that is open all year round. Cheers

  Loch Morlich, Cairngorms via C&CC/forest holidays is open all year. Poor reception TV, radio and wifi if you need good contact.

  Highlands is a large region, Geoff, could you give us some indication of the nearest town/city?

  We are house hunting within all of this area so on a learning curve Within 90mins driving time of Inverness would be nice.
