Swift front window cracking

Our 2015 Swift caravan single front window cracked around the top and down both the outside and inside sheet. There is on sign of any contact to cause the cracking and I applied for repair under warranty. This was rejected as they said that the window cracking is the result of a chemical attack. We have only occasionally cleaned the windows and always in line with the instructions in the user manual so I do not understand how we can have caused a chemical attack. Am not sure what my next action should be. Has anyone ha, or know of, a similar experience?

    This thread is showing as a triplicate on latest discussions. 2 at 2.47 and 1 at 2.48. More than probable it was nothing you did - just a joy of CT. Just pointing it out on each one as you may have trouble tracking replies and the thread 😲

    You need an independant report by a person who is qualified on plastic behaviour.

    I can see from the photographs no sign of stress relieved cracking by chemicals, it is a very obvious signature when this happens and easily identifiable

    It looks like as if some "thump" has caused this to me.

    As anyone else experienced cracking to a swift front window ? It's not a deep crack like shown above in a post, ours are little cracks, in the middle a cluster of them .  They hasn't been any stress or contact on our big main window so this is very much puzzling us ????

    We washed recently with Bobby dazzler/ Fenwick's caravan cleaner, surely this hasn't caused damage . 

    Just wondering if this as been caused by the sun ? 

    Any suggestions

    Any idea what this damage could be caused with ?

    Experienced slights cracks to the main caravan window which is swift

    No chemicals used on our caravan only Fenwick's/ Bobby dazzler caravan cleaner

    How did you go about this ordeal regards cracking to your big window ? 

    We experienced  little cracks in the middle of our window. 

    Any suggestions  what caused or if this is a manufacturing  problem
