As its a SWIFT van check for damp, probably best to get a mobile engineer to look it over.  Only 2016 so probably had a load of issues again its a SWIFT.  Check it has full service history for the habitation part to ensure the warranty is up to date as you will probably need to claim for damp repairs at some point, you can talk to SWIFT direct for that.

Had 2 SWIFT caravans and both leaked....  Go onto swift talk to see of other vans that age and any issues they have had as well as other forums such as MH Fun, Facts etc..

Had 2 Bessacarr MHs, both kept for 6/7 years and never had any damp problems. Now got a 2016 Bolero, too early to say about damp but only minor issues so far. Swift are no worse, nor better perhaps, than any other manufacturer.
A 2016 Bessacarr should be ok but any used MH should be checked for damp before purchase. Swift have a 10 year warranty for damp but you will need to check if this is transferable.

Try and find out who is selling a one year old vehicle - and ask them why. Were they dissatisfied with it, were there problems or faults?
