just watching a report on TV about plans that Manchester Council are thinking of introducing a scheme to fine dog owners who are out with their dog and are not carrying any poo bags to clean up after their pet.

the report said opinion seems to be 50 50 for and against.

whats your thoughts?

I heard on radio 4 this morning that Canterbury is bringing in a similar scheme where by dog walkers must be carrying at least 2 poo bags or face an £80.00 fine.

    Could be national soon!

I carry lots, I may follow the 'poo bag police' around & sell a couple of bags to anyone caught for £10smile helpful is my middle name.
