Tap trouble

We have a 1997 Peugeot Boxer Auto sleeper and the tap fitting in the washroom won't turn off properly. Apparently, they don't make washers for these taps anymore! Anyone got any ideas how we can stop this leak?

    Have you tried plumbers merchants and DIY stores or just cvan/MH accessory shops?
