Instruction manual
Hi
I have just bought a brand new MH now I may be wrong so need advice here. I never got any instruction manual, which I have requested but as yet have not been provided. Is this normal that with a new MH this is not provided and if so can they be obtained ?
Also the warranty on the van is now in question as I did not get any paper work with the van, was told that as soon as my V5 came in, I had to send a copy of this back to the dealer who would then sort this out.
Breakdown cover again when I was buying the van was told two years along with warranty and again getting nowhere.
As I say am new to this and only have experience of buying a new car and all of this essential paper work is provide on handover.
So before I loss my cool with the garage in Perth can you advise me

Cannot speak for other makes, but Rapido give you a manual the size of a telephone directory, AND manufacturers' instructions for fitted items. (Fridge n freezer, heating, radio, etc)
Warranty is a known problem with m/home conversions. The warranty is started when the converter gets the base vehicle. The warranty is "restarted" from the date of sale by the dealer, or should be.
I visited the Local Fiat garage at the first service, and it was sorted out by the garage with Fiat HO.

edit, For some reason, and could be corrected here. U.K. Based Fiats get 3 years warranty, but a E.U. Conversion gets 4 years warranty. This a vehicle warranty and NOT the habitation conversion by the builder. Eg Swift, Elldis, Rapido, etc
