Bromyard Downs
We are at present on this site which is showing on it's online booking that all pitches are taken, however as of this moment there at least 4 empty pitches, one of which is hardstanding. I wonder how many potential visitors have been put off from trying to book a pitch because of it showing full on the web site.
Also it states in the site information that there is public transport from outside the site entrance to Hereford and Worcester. However it does not state that dogs are not allowed on the buses. As we deliberately booked this site so as to visit both places it's a great disappointment that we won't be able to use them, not wanting to leave our dog in our van. I would think that many others, particularly M/H's, will not be too please with this situation either.

If it's 'Stagecoach' Nellie, then one dog is usually OK but as always it is usually the drivers discretion, how disappointing.
Much like the CL we have just returned from, where we went primarily for its footpaths and bridleway walking direct from the site. All the signposts had been removed and the farmer was not happy for us to walk these paths marked on the OS map. We were disappointed also but dug our heels in and have emailed Powys council..

It's not Stagecoach, brue, but DRM Coaches who have recently taken on the routes and they have already cut the number of trips per day! I feel sorry for the locals who have to live with this problem.
