I've tried unsuccessfully to clean the pale grey rubber strip which sits against the awning rail. It's really badly stained, I've tried Silky paste & a Meguiars cleaner polish. Any suggestions please?

Try Fenwicks Caravan Wash but at a 10:1 mix.  Spray it on and leave for a few minutes then hopefully it should just wipe off.

If you mean  the inset strip, forget it, you will not get it clean. I had to replace.

Thanks I'll give the Fenwicks a go before looking at replacement

Autoglym sell a rubber / vinyl cleaner / restorer, I use it on the window rubbers and door gaskets.
