Praising Isabella
In January this year I bought a Isabella windscreen (what everybody else call windbreak).
I didn't need to erect it for use until the end of May but it was not successful. I contacted Isabella showing photographs of what I believed to be the manufacturing fault.
They telephoned me and arranged collection of the windscreen the next day. The had to shorten the poles, they then emailed me with photographs of it erected correctly and it was returned to me the day after I had told them I would accept it now repaired.
I know that I should really have gone back to the dealer I purchased the windscreen from, albeit 5 months after purchase. Isabella never mentioned this and fully accepted responsibility the error in manufacturing and acted exactly as I had hoped they would.
I believe in praise where it is due and hence this post.

KPH, glad you got satisfaction. Isabella have a very good reputation and it would be very easy to lose that. They are an excellent company and make excellent products. It appears that everything they make including all their furniture is quality. I have a Magnum Porch which I bought S/H. There was a problem with the plastic pole grips where they wouldn't slide easily on the beading- they changed them without question and the new ones are perfect. No charge! Great company.
