Inconsiderate dog-owners.
We've recently returned from a visit to a lovely Club Site. The weather was good, the site was absolutely perfect, well- maintained pitches and service areas, and a great on-site dog walk, with further walks directly from the site. What we cannot understand is why so many inconsiderate, selfish and totally unhygienic dog-owners think it is acceptable to "excercise" their pets on vacant grass pitches. We even had one owner walk around behind our van and then cross the pitch with five dogs in tow! While they may argue that they clean up after their pets, animal urine leaves an unpleasant smell for other pitch-users. While I realise that the majority of owners act responsibly, the minority give them all a bad reputation. So come on, you people who can't be bothered to walk as far as the dog-walk, think of others and act responsibly.

This is a duplicate post, both moved from stories but left as duplicates. There were several duplicate posts yesterday including my own and others. It would be good to see the forum tidied up to prevent confusion and further duplication and two sets of different replies!
