Swift - window blind

Can anyone give advice on how to tighten the strings on a Swift window blind. The van has just had first service and the middle front blind will now not stay up. Short of doing an 80 mile round trip to get mended, I am sure there will be a simple way of doing this. On removal of the fixings the whole frame comes away, but I cannot see how the strings can be tightened up?

Any advice would be appreciated,

    Have you tried looking on the swift owners website? it is more likely to get a response to your problem
