Renewal of C&MC wifi
Can anyone help?
i am on site at present and trying to renew my annual wi-fi subscription but each time I try I am returned to opening screen.
i have even tried registering again but same thing happens.
How do I get another year go With-fi?

Every time my year has run out it has thrown up the renewal option as soon as I tried to log in. Just followed the instructions. If this is not happening there may be a problem. Perhaps try again tomorrow.
Did you post using the free wifi, or use another source? I only ask because if you can't get on the free bit, there is definitely a problem.

At one point when I renewed I had to use a different e-mail address to get it to work.

I have tried numerous times during the past few days to renew but without success. Each time I am taken back to the login page.
I have tried to register with different email address, password and other details and the same thing happens.
I know I can use the C&MC website without login and I have a sim in my iPad but prefer to use the annual subscription to wifi as I use Club sites a lot.
I have not seen an option to renew screen or I would have used it.
Let's hope it can be sorted out soon.

Hi Everyone
I have found a way in by logging out using logout.net and logging in again.
I didn't think to do that earlier because I wasn't logged in and could only access C&MC website. I just thought I would try it and it worked.
The last time I used the C&MC wifi I must not have logged out before I left the site so the system would show me as logged in even though I wasn't.
I have now paid my dues and connected OK.
I hope my experience may help others.

Sorry for the delay in reply and the issues you have been experiencing. This information may be a little late now as you have resolved the issue. However, I'm including this for future reference having now heard back from the UK Sites team who look after the WiFi.
If you log in and your package has expired you will be asked to purchase a new one before being granted access to the internet. You don’t need to register again, simply login using your existing login username and password and follow the prompts.
If anyone is still having issues they will need to contact our WiFi Supplier, Airangel on 0333 2407610 who will be able to offer assistance and guidance.
