I have recently had to get help and replacement parts from two companies, Powrtouch and Sargent Electrical Services.  Both these companies have given outstanding, excellent service with the parts arriving with me, in both instances, in less than a week. Wouldn't it be nice if all companies were as good at looking after their customers. laughing

Yes, they are excellent but they don't sell spare parts for motor movers or caravan alarms undecided

I too have had dealings with both these companies, initially over the phone. When issues couldn't be resolved that way, Powertouch sent an engineer to meet me on site and replaced the motor on one side of my mover. Sergeant arranged to have new alarm system sent to dealer and fitted within the week.

I suppose people would say these issues shouldn't arise in a nearly new van, but they did and were efficiently dealt with.

Some of our big utilities companies would do well to take a leaf from these two companies' customer service manual!
