Hi

Does anyone tow with a Jeep Grande Cherokee Overland and a Bessacarr 650, if so, did you have any issues with the fog lights not working when hitched up?

Don't know about the Jeep but i would imagine it is the same for all cars that do not have LED lights. We tow a new 2017 Swift Elegance 650, with a Discovery 2 which definitely does not  have LED lights  everything appeared to work, apart from the warning light for the indicators worked on the van but i couldn't tell. If you are having trouble you would be better off contacting your dealer or Sargent to get them to send you a magic box.

And does the trailer's rear fog light work if you plug your Jeep into that? You need to determine whether the fault is in the car or caravan.

Though the tail lights of my Coachman are normal filament incandescent bulbs, the front & side marker lights are leds. When I plug my Merc in (again fitted with normal bulbs) the leds flash briefly ever second or two. Neither Coachman nor Sargent could offer an explanation,  our very own Snowy offered suggestions, but I get around it just by switching my lights when towing. cool
