Gas bbq connection

Hi buying a portable gas bbq b4 we go away in early August but not sure what connection I need from bbq to caravan?

    Less than 2m low pressure hose for safety.

    So you might well prefer to get a regulator and use your spare bottle of gas so you can site it wherever you want.

    8mm quick connector.  Most dealers sell them or online.  Get orange high pressure hose, rather than the black low pressure stuff.  The reason is the low pressure perishes and leaks in no time.

    You need to check as the connectors  vary.  The one on my new van is totally different to the last one I had

    As MDD says, the connectors vary. On new vans the connector should be supplied.

    Sorry my mistake I know of 2 types first one fits a bullfinch gas point and looks like this.  Bullfinch or the 8mm quick connector  looks like This

    Yes.  My old,one was the Bullfinch and my new one is the 8mm which I believe on my van is a Truma.  I don't know if there are any others so you just need to check your van
