These are readily available from Bailey and from most on line and retail accessary shops. After standing in hot sun for some time, the seals become brittle and gooey. This bungs up the runners etc and the rooflight no longer opens properly. It is necessary to remove and clean all the runners and links before fitting new seals. This is not as easy as it looks. Remember, you cannot stand or kneel safely, diectly on the roof and ensure that you can reattach everything before dismantling. Also ensure ventilation openings are left in place. I replaced the seals on a Ranger, which I believe is the same design.
All the best.

Easiest to replace from inside caravan.Step ladder, remove old seals, clean channels as much as you can using flat blade screwdriver, lubricate channels with a silicone polish, fit new seals in channels using flat blade screwdriver or similar to engage lips of the new seals. You will need approx.2 metres of rubber seal which should be available from your local dealer at approx.£7 per metre.

Definitely recommend Seals Direct. When you telephone them they are so helpful and reasonably priced as well.
