Help with booking

Hi everyone , we just joined couple of months ago and now about to book a couple of sites but you must think silly we are finding it hard to book. 

I fiund the site we want and put the dates in and then can't go any further .. I'm logged in but below the dates I've out the only thing I can click on is none member booking so can someone tell me where I book lol much be some how ??

    The site is doing some strange things at the moment. It seems to have lost Edinburgh site for some reason.

    I replicated what you did and even when not logged in got a members booking button, which when pressed diverted me to the log in screen. All I can suggest is either to try later, or to phone and book tomorrow.

    Hunters Moon keeps going AWOL when trying to book as well,all the other sites in the area can be booked

    Hi all,

    Sorry for the slow reply here. The website is currently all working fine (and making hundreds of bookings daily)

    If you ever experience difficulties with booking you can either click on the "web chat" function to connect with an agent or call our UK Booking Service on 01342 327490.

    If you are logged in successfully the booking screen should come up unless there is no availability at the time you choose (ie the site could be closed due to redevelopment)

    Hi kassery,

    I hope you managed to make your booking. Have you registered to use the site, as this would stop you from making a Member booking.

    never mind, you can always stay at Furzebrook or the Rugby ground.

    both far nicer and can stroll into town.wink

    Tried booking St Davids today.Site went back to Abbey Woods. After phoning they said booking confirmed!!.Fortunately when confirmation came it was for St Davids.

    Trying to book a ferry but website says "planned maintenance".....as its Sunday no assistance available....

    Moving on tomorrow and no internet

    Is it worth using the club?
